The bands influences are very eclectic ranging from Muddy Waters and Little Walter to Brian Setzer and Rod Piazza! Each member of the band fuels energy on stage, which makes for compulsive listening.
Having supported Van Morrison, Peter Green, Paul Jones, Big Jack Johnson and Otis Grand, ‘The Katz’ remain steadfast in the blues fest circuit with performances at the Budapest harmonica festival, Buskfest and the Derry Jazz & Big Band Festival.
